Install ReShade

There will be a pop-up saying that ReShade is for solo player games only and might get you banned in multiplayer games, you can just ignore it.

• Locate ffxiv_dx11.exe in your main game install. (Don’t use ffxiv.exe, this is the outdated DX9 version)
